Artisan Privacy Statement

Terms:

For customers with approved credit, NET 30 DAYS. Interest of 1 1/2% per month will be charged on past due accounts. International orders must be paid in advance in U.S. Dollars. Texas accounts without a valid tax exempt certificate on file will be charged state sales tax. Accounts over 30 days past due will revert to C.O.D. until credit is re-established.

New Accounts:

All orders will be shipped C.O.D. or pre-paid, until a credit application has been submitted and credit is approved. A 50% advance deposit will be required on cut work, or any other custom work for new accounts.

Minimum Order:

Minimum order is $20.00 within the U.S. International minimum order is $100.00.

Shipping:

All prices are F.O.B. Carrollton, Texas unless otherwise stated. All items will will be shipped "best way" unless otherwise requested.

Returns:

Return goods or merchandise will be accepted only with prior authorization. All such requests must be tendered within 30 days of original sales date. Return merchandise must be insured by the shipper for full value against loss or damage on the return trip. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Special orders, cut materials and other custom work, are not returnable, nor is merchandise damaged by the customer.

Damaged Goods:

Shipments should be inspected by purchaser upon receipt. Any claim for damaged or missing cartons must be submitted to the delivering agent immediately.

Deposits:

A deposit may be required on very large orders, orders involving custom work, or items that are not normally stocked.

Machinery:

All machinery purchases are C.O.D. unless other arrangements are made at the time of purchase.

Return Checks:

A $25.00 Return Check Charge will be assessed on all checks returned by the customer's bank due to insufficient funds.

Business hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. C.S.T.
