General Privacy Policy
Artisan Engraving Supply Company is committed to protecting the bond of trust that we have developed with our customers. We do
not sell or trade customer lists. We take special precaution to protect credit card information. Credit card slips are
never discarded in a manner that could invite retreival by unauthorized parties. Any informaiton that we have collected
about our customers is used only as necessary in the course of doing business between our company and theirs. Prospective
customers, or other interested parties who make inquiries of our company are protected in the same way.
Communication Via The Internet
Inquiries via our Web Site "Contact Us" Form, or through standard Email are as secure as any other Email communication, but
are not encrypted. Our customers are advised not to provide credit card information or any other sensitive data by Email or
through our Web Site. Until encryption is incorporated in artisan-es.com, we suggest that you obtain information from the Web
Site, and then telephone, fax or write to place orders, confirm orders, or discuss payment methods.
Automatic Data Collection
We do not currently utilize "cookies" to gather information from parties who access our Web Site, although we may in the future.
We do have access to general information and demographics such as number of hits we received, times of day, etc. Should we utilize
automatic data collection in the future, such information would be used only for the purpose of marketing directly to our
customers or potential customers, and for the purpose of improving the service provided by our company.
