Artisan Closed for Week July Fourth!
It has been a great year so far, and we have decided to take a short, but much needed break in celebration of Independence Day 2008! Artisan Engraving Supply Co. will be closed starting Monday June 30th, through Friday July 4th 2008, and we will re-open for business as usual on Monday July 7th. We hope you too will have some time off, and we wish you a safe and happy July 4th Holiday!
Cutter Resharpening
Dull or even some broken tip, half round, quarter round, or burinshing engraving cutters can be restored to like new condition by using the Artisan Resharpening Service. The solid carbide engraving cutters sold by Artisan do not deteriorate, other than through dulling or breakage. They will not rust, corrode, or bend, and can be re-sharpened as long as there is some cutting surface left to work with. We can also resharpen other brands of cutters if still serviceable. To utilize this service, carefully pack and insure your dull cutters, and be sure to include a note with your name, address, phone number, cutter tip sizes that you want, along with the material to be engraved, and send them to: Artisan Engraving Supply Co., 2144 Bridge Ave., Point Pleasant, N.J. 08742. Rowmark Price Increase Effective Monday June 30, 2008
As with all things these days, as the price of petroleum rises, the cost of all things made from petroleum will also rise, and this is once again the case with Rowmark Plastic Engraving Stock. The cost increase varies from 8% to 12% depending on the particular product category. We hope to have all changes made by the June 30 effective date, and you will be able to check prices here on our web site by the time we re-open from vacation on July 7, 2008.

Our Artisan Engraving Supply Co. catalog is available for immediate viewing on our web side by clicking on the "Products" button, and selecting the "Download our Free 2008 Artisan Engraving Supply Co Catalog in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) Format" link. If your computer is equipped with Adobe Acrobat Reader the entire catalog, including descriptions, pictures, pricing etc., will come up on your screen for viewing, or you may save it to disk for viewing off-line.
