Multi Mat is made up of a 1/16" thick rigid core of plastic similar to
flexible engraving stock, which has a thin special rubber coating on both sides. One side of Multi Mat sticks to the engraving
machine table top. The other side presents a surface which will tightly hold virtually any type of engraving material, yet release
easily when the engraving is finished. When pressed into place, engraving stock can be engraved without slippage or sideward movement,
yet the plate will come off the mat easily with the pressure of a finger nail under the edge. With proper care Multi Mat will last a
very long time, and when desired, it can be turned over and the bottom side offers a new surface and a new start!
