Corner Shaping was never easier! The Edgeomatic is an invaluable device for rounding, notching, or scalloping the corners of metal or plastic plates. All three models are extremely strong, and well made! Tough, rigid, punch and die sets, made from tempered steel, are designed to stay sharp longer, and produce the best results in difficult material. All three base units (Regular Base pictured on the left, Electric Edgeomatic Base pictured in the center, and Large Die Base pictured on the right) have a durable 3/8" thick aluminum top that is specially manufactured with a "Foreverwear Finish" that is very wear resistant. The Regular Base handles our standard punch and die sets with a maximum die size of 1/2" (radius, notch, or scallop). The Large Base handles large punch and die sets for radius cuts of 5/8", 3/4", and 1", plus it has a standard adapter plate which accepts all the standad die sets. The Electric Edgeomatic takes all the work out of the process with automatic die actuation, and it accepts all the standard die sets. Note: Edgeomatic Corner Shapers are not designed for use with brittle materials such as acrylic.
